ServiceTitan Review (2026): Powerful, Pricey, Built for Scale
Verdict: 4.0/5 (research-based). The heavyweight option for electrical shops with roughly 10+ techs, a dispatcher, memberships and growth targets. For a solo electrician, it's almost certainly too much cost and setup.

Strengths
- Dispatch board, call booking and call-center tooling.
- Pricebook, memberships/service agreements, deep reporting.
- Marketing attribution and sales tools for larger teams.
Weaknesses
- High total cost plus setup fee.
- Implementation measured in months, not days.
- Annual contract commonly reported.
From an electrician's angle
If your shop already runs maintenance contracts across many sites, ServiceTitan's structure makes sense. If you're one or two vans, the money is better spent on Jobber plus a good bookkeeper. Research-based; not tested.
